The Board may create a Governing Council of no less than four (4) members to provide strategic and other advice to the Board on all aspects of the corporation's mandate and be distributed between members resident in Canada and members resident in India, whenever possible. The Governing Committee may be comprised of such members and/or non-members as the Board may determine in its sole discretion.
